I had an very nice three-night stay in a Queen Suite with Pool View. The gorgeous chill-out area by the pool was the perfect escape, and I loved having complimentary coffee, water, and beer waiting for me. Plus, the staff went above and beyond, even arranging a private tour through the fine cenotes with a knowledgeable guide!

Had a lovely time at Hotelito Yum Kaax! The Deluxe Queen Room was spacious and had a nice sitting area. Loved the kitchenette with all the utensils. It felt like home. The outdoor area had beautiful garden furniture perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly helpful. They quickly fixed a minor issue with the shower not warming up enough. The pool area was a serene escape, perfect for cooling down after exploring. Only downside, the location felt a bit far from the main attractions in Mérida, especially walking back at night. Overall, a great place to unwind!

The pool area could use extra attention to cleanliness!!! The walk to the main attractions is longer than desired, especially in Merida's heat. Sun beds need urgent repairs, not ideal for lounging comfortably!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Queen Suite with Pool View. The room was spacious and clean, and I especially appreciated the kitchenette that allowed me to prepare light meals. The garden area was lovely for relaxing by the pool, and the staff were incredibly responsive to my needs.
